It's a must! You will love this adventure into the deep glacier valley. Going down the fjord is offered  every day the tide is high between 9h and 13h. A minibus takes you to Anse de Roche from Baie-St-Catherine  or Tadoussac. Meeting time is one hour before high tide (please ask us). The activity lasts 6 hours. When we set of in the afternoon you enjoy a wonderful sunset  over the fjord.

This two day expedition is designed for people that wish to be initiated to kayak camping. Departures are every day. We sleep at  Anse a David, a rustic SEPAQ camping by the fjord. This trip is also nice for families with young teenagers. Depending on the tides, departure is from Baie Ste Catherine or Anse de Roche (Most of the time we take you by bus to Anse de Roche for a Kayakool descent in 2 days).

This is a weekend special. Paddle from Petit Saguenay key to Baie-Ste-Catherine. This is for people that are willing to paddle 17 km per day. You will sleep at Anse St Etienne after having flirted with the Belugas that might have noticed you as you passed Baie-Ste-Marguerite after île St Louis. On the second day, after Anse a la Boule and chute du caribou, observation of the Minky whale at the mouth of the fjord. Departures every Saturday mornings. Other dates are available upon request for groups of 4 minimum.

Expedition Kayaka (PDF)

Between Anse St Jean and Baie-Ste-Catherine. This trip is well balanced and diversified. The first day is about getting familiar with sea kayaking. You will go around île St Louis and if the weather permits it, île St Barthélemy before setting to your first encampment at Anse au Cheval. At night a well deserved nice fire and meal awaits you. The second day will bring you not to far from the Beluga sanctuary Baie Ste Marguerite, then towards Anse St Etienne and finally Anse a David (second night). The last day, after la chute du Caribou and a stop at Cap Blanc or Pointe a la Croix, you can watch the Minky whales at the mouth of the fjord and Baie-Ste-Catherine where your journey ends (around 15h).
